I recently had to have tennants evicted from my rental house in Houston. I run a business in Florida and was not able to commit the time to file the appropriate papers and make the appearances necassary for the eviction process. The letter did get her attention and she contacted me by email. Saying they are inspecting the new Section 8 house she is moving into. She does not know dates of move out. So do you suggest we move ahead tommorow to do the eviction process?
Among the problems female real estate investors face are non-compliant and threatening tenants who violate leases with impunity. Houston Evictions is the ideal service for us. I was able to get the process of eviction started right away after explaining the situation to him. The problem tenant who refused to pay rent or leave surrendered the premises on the second day of the 3 day notice to vacate. We don't need to file the eviction on Monday. The tenants have decided to sign the lease & send payment. The funds are being sent electronically and should clear tomorrow. In the event the funds don't arrive in the next 24 hours I will let you know and you can file the eviction.

You did a good job which is the most important thing. They moved to a hotel. I lost some money, but my headache is stopped which is the most important thing.
I realized that I need help in many areas from property management to tax dispute to eviction in this business. And I will get in touch with you when my next headache comes.
