Tenant paid me this morning.
You guys are amazing. This 3-day notice really works.
I really appreciate your service.
We don't need to file the eviction on Monday. The tenants have decided to sign the lease & send payment. The funds are being sent electronically and should clear tomorrow. In the event the funds don't arrive in the next 24 hours I will let you know and you can file the eviction.
Thank you for your help!
I highly recommend Houston Evictions if you want fast, and effective results. Being that I live in Canada, I wasn’t able to commit the time nor deal with this in person. When I contacted Houston Evictions was very knowledgable, courteous, and attentative. This helped to put me at ease knowing that everything would be handled in a timely manner. I had full confidence in him from the start of the process because I could tell that they were committed in delivering results. Thank you once again Houston Evictions for providing me with such outstanding service, it was definitely A+ all around. From: Peter , Canada
You guys are awesome!! I have plenty of practice on this iPhone, but it's not without a curse word here or there. Thanks! Patricia ...Sent from my iPhone March 4,
Tenants moved out. Thank you so much for your good services. Gerasimos

Do I need to do anything else? Thanks in advance Houston Evictions… P S I will recommend your services I am impressed:-) [Arispe-Herrera, Mary H ]
The letter did get her attention and she contacted me by email. Saying they are inspecting the new Section 8 house she is moving into. She does not know dates of move out. So do you suggest we move ahead tommorow to do the eviction process?
Among the problems female real estate investors face are non-compliant and threatening tenants who violate leases with impunity. Houston Evictions is the ideal service for us. They are courteous, professional, and get the job done. I called on a Sunday and was very surprised to have Doug return my call the same day. I was able to get the process of eviction started right away after explaining the situation to him. The problem tenant who refused to pay rent or leave surrendered the premises on the second day of the 3 day notice to vacate. This is one number I will keep on my speed dial to share with other investors. Ms. P, Houston
Hi Doug, The tenant vacated the property yesterday and returned the keys. Thanks for your service. Thanks, The Pineda’s San Fernando, CA
Thanks. Great job and I will recommend you to my friends. I do want to follow through on the judgement and attach a Mercedes SUV that they own. Regards, Alan
I recently had to have tennants evicted from my rental house in Houston. I run a business in Florida and was not able to commit the time to file the appropriate papers and make the appearances necassary for the eviction process. I researched and decided on Houston Evictions and was extremly pleased with the results. Houston Evictions not only filed the papers and went to court but also took the time to answer all my questions, often after hours, and offered his assitance above and beyond the evicition itself. His knowledge of the laws and process that must be followed where instumental in ensuring eviction of the tenants. I would highly recommend Houston Evicitions to anyone needing to utilize this process. From: Andrew , Florida
Yes they did. Thank you for checking. Already working on leasing again.Best Regards,Alicia

Thanks so much Doug it was great taking to you and your services really reliable!, now that she is out, what can we do to collect the unpaid rent ?
You did a good job which is the most important thing. They moved to a hotel. I lost some money, but my headache is stopped which is the most important thing.
I realized that I need help in many areas from property management to tax dispute to eviction in this business. And I will get in touch with you when my next headache comes.
The hand served letter got their attention - they were out by the weekend. Hopefully I don't need your service anytime soon, but if so, I will definitely use you again!Terri
The tenant vacated the property yesterday and returned the keys. Thanks for your service. Thanks, Joan
