ONCE WE BEGIN TO EXECUTE ANY SERVICE, WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. IF WE HAVE NOT BEGUN THE PROCESS FOR WHICH YOU PAID FOR, THERE IS A 10% REFUND FEE.
REFUNDS:
Once we have begun the Eviction process by giving the 3 Day Notice to the tenant and the tenant pays rent or leaves, there are NO REFUNDS. We recommend that you start off with our 3 DAY NOTICE. If they do not pay you the rent, then proceed with the full eviction by letting us get a court date to evict your tenant. You should recoup any of your cost from the renter.
