Among the problems female real estate investors face are non-compliant and threatening tenants who violate leases with impunity. Houston Evictions is the ideal service for us. They are courteous, professional, and get the job done. I called on a Sunday and was very surprised to have Doug return my call the same day. I was able to get the process of eviction started right away after explaining the situation to him. The problem tenant who refused to pay rent or leave surrendered the premises on the second day of the 3 day notice to vacate. This is one number I will keep on my speed dial to share with other investors.
