REFUNDS:
Once we have begun the Eviction process and given, the 3 Day Notice, to the tenant for payment of rent and the tenant pays rent there is NO REFUND. We do include our fee in the 3 Day Notice for them to settle their back rent owed to you plus our fee. You should recoup your cost from the renter.
