REFUNDS:
Once we have begun the Eviction process and given a 3 Day Notice to the tenant for payment of rent and the tenant pays rent there is no refund. We do include our fee in the 3 Day Notice for them to settle their back rent owed to you plus our fee. You should recop your cost from the renter.
If the tenat moved out or has reconciled with you and we have paid the court for the action of a "Forcible Entry and Detainer" suit, there is no refund and we can only submit a dismissal notice to the courts.
We can VOID a transaction that has been submitted if we have not begun to process any part of the eviction sevice.
