REFUNDS:
Once we have begun the Eviction process by giving the 3 Day Notice, to the tenant and the tenant pays rent or leaves there are NO REFUNDs. We recommend that you start off with our 3 DAY NOTICE and if they do not pay you the rent then proceed with the full eviction by letting us get a court date and evict your tenant. You should recoup any of your cost from the renter.
