Getting a Judgment against your tenant

After 30 Days you go to the Court that issued the Eviction and get an
ABSTRACT OF JUDGMENT
We take this judgment and file it at the Property Records Dept. downtown.
Then any real property acquired by them will have the lien put on that property and you can collect your judgment and it will appear on their credit report as a judgment. It will also stop them from purchasing anything on credit without removing the lien.
