Who am I?

I work with real estate investors and I run a service that specializes in providing people that need an eviction service that do not want to do it themselves.

I found that many landlords do not want a full blown management company but all they really want is some of the services that a management company provides, so this is where we come in.

You know how to handle your collecting of rent but just do not want to do the or know how to do all the paperwork of an eviction. Nor do the confrontational work of getting rid of the non-payers. So use us to get the job done.

We can also do the repairs and the marketing of your property. It is our job to help you in these areas with your investment.
